Description : Configuration for Log::Dispatch
Log::Dispatch::Config is a subclass of Log::Dispatch which provides a
way to configure a Log::Dispatch object with a configuration file
(AppConfig format by default).
Log::Dispatch::Configurator is an abstract class representing a config
parser. New configurator implementations should inherit from this class.
