JRTPLIB is an object-oriented library written in C++ that offers support 
 for the Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) as defined in RFC 3550. 

It makes it very easy to send and receive RTP packets, 
 and the RTCP (RTP Control Protocol) functions 
 can be handled entirely internally


Notes:

I worked on this lib years ago and decided to RFP 
 this library when I was working on jabbin, which uses it
Other projects are using it like gstreamer, 
 so It may be good to package it alone.

I am also Interessed into co maintenance...
since I wrote some patches for using it along the snapshot version of jabbin.
