Vincent,I'm intending to do the initial upload of LinBox to Debian in the next couple days (which should get in before the Lenny freeze begins).
The current draft package is available at <http://web.mit.edu/sage/export/linbox_1.1.5-1.dsc> if you want to audit it before I get my upload sponsored.
I've set myself to Maintainer and you as an Uploader; when you take over maintaining LinBox in Debian, we'll change Maintainer to you.
