Bug#442339: There are two libtorrents in the wild

Hi,
there are two projects with a libtorrent:
a) http://libtorrent.rakshasa.no/
Debian source package is actually called libtorrent

and

b) http://www.rasterbar.com/products/libtorrent/
which is actually at version 0.13 http://jbot.de/cgkfE

AFAIK this one is not packaged for Debian yet.
