Yes, you understood my advice correctly. Some more comments are inlined
below.

It is not clear what you mean with "documents". I would go for something
like "to display web pages containing ...". Remember that the long
descriptions is targeted at the sysadm, which can now nothing about
MathML, and will need to satisfy user requests such as "I can't see
mathematics on the web".

Better: "you will also need to install the packages: latex-xft-fonts
(Tex's Computer Modern fonts) and xfonts-mathml (Type1 'Symbol' font) to
view MathML properly". This version makes clear that you are referring
to Debian package names.

Ah OK, then my initial understanding of this package was wrong :), it is
still for viewing MathML in web browsers.

Same comments as above then for the first and third paragraphs.
