At least uncapitalize "Arcade".

I refrain my "neutral wording" stance here which makes me think that
wording with "you should have", "you must", etc. should be dropped in
favor of "<foo> is required".....I guess that contradictors will
object that some "friendly" wording is OK for games.

However, shouldn't the last word be "slowly"?
