Hello,

I didn't use tkabber for a long time, and I doubt that I'll use it again
anytime soon. Thus I request an adopter for the tkabber package. The
package is in good shape and has no bugs filed against it. Popcon shows
174 users, 119 of them being classified as 'old' (not using this package
regularly).

The package description is:
 Tkabber is a free client for an instant messaging system called
 Jabber. It is written in Tcl/Tk and supports many features like
 support of unicode, ssl support, http proxy, file transfers and
 support of multi-user conference protocol.
