Bug#450781: ITP: Plasmidomics -- gui for plasmid and vector map drawing with postscript export / debian-med



Thanks Andreas for the suggested tarball.. I edited it accordingly and
put the update at

I included the information of the previous HELP file into the README and
changed the menu in the script.
