Nothing ready. But already gathered some info about the package:
I've read the Gentoo ebuild as a start:

Build command:
scons prefix=/usr
Clean command:
scons -c
Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 5), scons, libsdl1.2-dev,
libsdl-image1.2-dev, libopenal-dev, libvorbis-dev, libsigc++-2.0-dev,
libexpat1-dev
installation is done manually:
bt goes to /usr/bin
libmrt.so, libbt.so and libsdlx.so go to /usr/lib/btanks
libbt_objects.so should also go there, but there's a comment in the
ebuild that says it's problematic and they put it in the datadir. We
should probably clarify this with upstream.
The data dir is copied as is.
src/bt.xpm is the menu icon.
