Package: wnpp Severity: normal Hi! I hereby orphan Initng. We have only a very old version (0.5.2) in Unstable. Newer releases never left my private repo due to various bugs. Some time ago I completely lost interest in Initng and also stopped working upstream. I plan to spend my time with other Debian packages. If anyone is interested in taking this package over, take it -- otherwise I think it should be removed from the archive. If you take it over you also have to do some upstream work, because a lot of the Initscripts won't run out of the box on Debian. There's also a project on Alioth and a SVN repository here: svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-initng/ Greetings, Armin -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-rc2-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
