Bug#435058: integration with smolt

Hi :-)

i saw this thread and since i use debian on several machines and fedora on 
some others, i was thinking about asking Mike if it's possible to integrate 
both projects and here is what he wrote back:

I'm open to integration but I have no doubt it will be difficult.  It is
possible for debian boxes to report back to smolt, we even have a couple
of profiles in there already :)

for now, i sent Hardware Profile from debian machines to hardware4linux.info
and Hardware Profile from fedora machines to smolt.

it would be very useful to have a hardware profile tool or some other tool 
that can help users get all the _specific_ discussions about bugs and solved 
issues regarding some specific piece of hardware they have trouble with. 
using a GUI and not having to go through searching the internet.

i know Ubuntu has some reporting tool integrated with hal-device-manager
