Bug#425456: ITP: newlisp -- a LISP like, general purpose scripting language

Just uploaded the latest development build - newilsp-9.2.7

There is one issue now: guiserver.jar is shipped precompiled (source 
coode is included, but w/o make scripts) - does it matters?
