Bug#406335: Updated package to 1.18.5.1

I have updated my apt repository to 1.18.5.1 Just released by the lindens.

Not much has changed from our side of things so far except some minor
patch cleanups
21_VWR_2488_Standalone_build_fixes.dpatch has been updated to be more
like Paul's original version with the gstreamer pkg-config additions. As
upstream has been updated too. Also the openal pkg-config entries have
been removed from here. All the openal stuff is self contained in
50_add_openAL-audio.dpatch. There are still a couple of files lying
around that should not be there :-) my bad. Other issues Paul has
previously raised with some patches are still valid and need correcting.
