Hi,

i no longer intend to package minml2. 
This was a dependency of josm which has been removed.
MinML2 is licensed under a 4-clause BSD license which is incompatible
to the GPL. I asked the author to consider relicensing (because josm is
gpl) and got a rather quick response that he has no problem with a
license change. Since then, however, he didn't replied to several emails, also
from other people, anymore.
Just in case, somebody else wants to step in..
