Bug#377948: The fact that webmin has been removed from debian should be obvious

I have just  understood here why webmin wasn't upgraded anymore in 
debian, after seeking in many pages.
Don't you think this information should appear obviously when seeking 
for webmin in http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages, instead of being 
hidden here ?
