Bug#384300: rpath packages

Hi all,

I build test packages of libvirt and virt-install for etch.

I'am not happy with them, because they use the rpath hack (and that
very badly) and ship their own xen headers with it.

Maybe they could be helpfull. (And this is my first deb package so be nice ;) )
