Bug#425805: RFP: gmpc-plugins -- optional packages for gmpc

There are a few very interesting packages available for gmpc that really enhance the user experience: 
http://sarine.nl/gmpc-plugins

I think it would be nice to package a few of those in a single package (to avoid the proliferation of packages...):

 * amazon provider
 * lyrics provider
 * stop button
 * last.fm artist provider
 * server statistics
 * shout (allows to play a remote shoutcast stream automatically, designed for 0.15 but works in 0.14)
 * avahi (discovers mpd installations? not tested, 0.15 only)
