  Description     : Python ICQ transport for Jabber

PyICQt provides a gateway which allows Jabber users to communicate with
their contacts on the ICQ network. It can connect to  any Jabber server
that supports the Connect component mechanism. It is implemented in
Python, using the Twisted framework.
