Bug#390708: RFP filed for the PPTP plugin

Hi - as suggested, I have filed an RFP. I have filed one only for the
PPTP plugin: <http://bugs.debian.org/390708>

I'm looking at fulfilling the RFP with an ITP of my own. The upstream
maintainer (well, one of them) is a student at the institution I work
for, so that could prove useful. However I have yet to actually build
the plugin (due to other commitments) so someone else is very welcome
to do so if they wish in the meantime.
