utnubu-meta will be a slightly modified ubuntu-meta package (Ubuntu only).
It will built utnubu-desktop, utnubu-minimal and utnubu-standard to provide
a similar set of packages in Debian for those migrating from Ubuntu, or
using it in parallel.

I've discussed it with upstream (Kamion) that give me some useful feedback
and will upload germinate (see #360631) too. I wrote a patch to the source
package that is in Ubuntu Bug Tracking System[0], and through that report
you can see where Debian seeds will be.

Please note that the short and the full package descriptions will be
ubuntu-meta based and not the notes that i wrote above.
