SLIDE is an integrated development environment for SELinux developed by Tresys Technology. Some basic features of SLIDE include:

  * Graphical user interface for policy development
  * Integration with Reference Policy
  * Project creation wizards
  * Auto-completion of interface names
  * Policy syntax highlighting
  * Easily compile and build module packages
  * Hook into standard Eclipse search
  * Basic refactoring features including adding and removing ifdef, optional and tunable blocks

SLIDE supports both modular and monolithic policy development, and is built as a plugin to the Eclipse SDK.

The goal of the SLIDE project is to make policy development for SELinux easier.

I would package it myself if I had any experience at all with Eclipse
and/or SELinux, but unfortunately, I have no experience with either of
the two.
