Bug#404544: O: floppybackup -- Floppy backup using a diversity of floppy formats

Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

The current maintainer of floppybackup, Matthew Vernon <matthew@debian.org>
is not interested in maintaining floppybackup anymore, as he lacks the
hardware to do so. Therefore, I orphan this package now, with his
blessing.

If you want to be the new maintainer, please take it -- see
http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/index.html#howto-o for detailed
instructions how to adopt a package properly.

Some information about this package:

Priority: optional
Section: utils
Installed-Size: 132
Maintainer: Matthew Vernon <matthew@debian.org>
Architecture: ia64
Version: 1.3-3
Depends: libc6.1 (>= 2.3.2.ds1-4)

Size: 22112
MD5sum: b30bb6f836e65d4f5701f15c2c46699d
SHA1: adbed21b77993df263b3c6bb87179ad857ad93ce

Description: Floppy backup using a diversity of floppy formats
This little package was hacked together because all the more
sophisticated backup systems were more suited for tape drives and
such, and even if they supported floppies, verify mode was either lacking
or missing, and mixed-size floppies caused problems.
