Sorry for the delay in replying. Some nice things happened last
week. The author finally accepted my changes and has provided a
link to the source package [1].

Also, the latest release of flickrapi.py is released under MIT
license [2]. So, I asked Manish (flickrfs author) to change the
license of flickrapi.py file to MIT in flickrfs source package
also. But, he has not replied yet. I think he will make the changes
soon.

I have finished all the work from my side. You can have a look at
the package now [3] .
I have updated the package version because upstream released the
source under v1.3.
