Hi people interested in mantis,

i've adopted the mantis package and want to tell people,
who are interested in a new version, the current state of things.

Package is in preparation. It's already packaged at ~ 80%.
ToDo: A bit about upgrading the database tables (which have been
slightly changed) and about creating databases via dbconfig-common.
I will hopefully have the package ready this weekend.
