Dov4l is a GPL:ed program written by Folkert van Heusden. The original
sources are available at http://www.vanheusden.com/dov4l, and a debian
package is currently available at http://lennartsson.se/debian/

 The dov4l program can set properties such as frequency, tuner,
 inputchannel, mode, brightness, hue, color, contrast, whiteness,
 palette, width, and height of a video4linux device.  It can also
 query current settings.
