Bug#351430: SeaMonkey: status

I have some questions...

After all the mess with Mozilla, can we still package seamonkey, or do
we have to regard seamonkey like firefox, and call it iceape as we
called iceweasel to firefox?

Shouldn't we merge this with #382956, since the solution for that one is
releasing this package for etch?

Shouldn't this be marked as Release Critical? I mean, will we leave
mozilla-browser' users without a replacement?
