i now realize that sources i have doesn't include main libraries and 
binaries :(

i had contacts with Miron Livny, and he sounds interested by getting condor 
into debian and giving away sources.

condor licence changed, maybe since you last asked for sources ?

as stated in LICENCE.TXT, as of version 6.8.1 :
"Installation, use, reproduction, display, modification and
redistribution of this Software, with or without modification,  in
source and binary forms, are permitted."

i will make a comprehensive analysis of condor's licence against dfsg and post 
it here. afaics, there is no restriction in condor's licence that forbids it 
to go into main archive.
