Yes, that's definitely right, I have not found any time for Debian work for 
quite some time... Moreover I have never really been the best person for this 
specific package. Having learned (some) Russian in school I simply wanted to 
make sure that it would not get lost when it was orphaned as I use it myself 
once in a while (and are always impressed by its size!).

No, not at all, please go ahead! I'm glad that you want to take it over and 
perhaps should have given it up for adoption earlier... (I severely suffer 
from the syndrom of being convinced or at least hoping that after having done 
hundreds of other things I'd at some point in time get to doing "this thing" 
as well... a point in time that for the majority of things never comes 
though...)
