LibTorrent is a BitTorrent library written in C++ for *nix. It is
designed to avoidredundant copying and storing of data that other
clients and libraries suffer from.

libtorrent provides 2 binaries, libtorrent9 and libtorrent9-dev. This
package is already in Debian, I'm sending this mail just for track of
RFA from Qingning Huo sended to debian-devel list.
