Bug#330601: Sponsoring of libiec61883

        Hi Marcio,

 I see you prepared packages for libiec61883 to address #330601.  I've
 read an objection concerning the name of the library package which you
 seem to have addressed already.  I'm one of the GStreamer maintainers,
 and we are currently waiting for libiec61883 to upload a new upstream
 release of gst-plugins-good which requires this library.

 If you didn't find a sponsor yet, please let me know, and I'll review
 and sponsor your package.  If you need help, please let me know as
 well.
