Don't worry, most of these patch are patches that are either taken from
upstream bugzilla, been sent upstream, or soon to be sent. Most of them have
been applied and thus tested for quite a long time on firefox, xulrunner
and thunderbird in Debian. Some have been applied in mozilla.org trunk
or even 1.8.1 in the best case, and some are still discussed.
