Description : commands to train an SVM, predict using an SVM, or scale data for LibSVM

This package contains executables for using Support Vector Machines with
libsvm0. It provides svm-train to make new SVM's, svm-predict to make
predictions after they are trained, and svm-scale to adjust the range of
your data prior to input. These tools are primarily of interest to
artificial intelligence researchers.
