I am a french teacher in electrical engineering, and I
worked in computer science for a long time. I developped a new subject called
Dynamic synchronous
spreadsheet programming : shortly, I first build a two phase
clock (just like on a processor board), then simple objets called generators
actuated by the clock (a shift register, a timer, a generator of integers), and
then more complex objects (a generator of prime numbers, a digital
filter, the carwash station or queuing network, a systolic algorithm) by
interconnecting simple objects.
