Because even uploading stuff to experimental takes time. And I forgot that, that paragui is one of the packages Bartosz orphaned and gave to pkg-games anyway. Therefore we (pkg games team) could indeed upload paragui 1.1.8 and freelord to experimental.... speaking of that I cite him in [1]: ==== libparagui1.0 - 1.0.x branch is dead, all things that depend on it should be imediately switched to 1.1.x branch which is alive. Upstream is helpful if you take into account that he forgot about 1.0.x branch and doesn't want to fix issues in it. ==== So I correct myself: Dependency on paragui 1.1.x is not a showstopper.
