cn trashcan script: new package
Dear Debian,
I've written this GPL trashcan script, which I think may be of some use.
I hope I am writing to the correct people. If you'd like to add it to
Debian, I should be delighted. Equally, if it isn't satisfactory, please
let me know what needs to be improved.

It is now version 1.01, and has worked reliably for me so far.
