html2latex converts HTML documents to LaTeX source. It can be used to
generate pretty-formatted Postscript and PDF documents from HTML pages.

In dispite of it being not so recent, I couldn't find it anywhere in
Debian context (repository, lists etc). So I decided to package it
myself.
