KPowersave is the KDE frontend for the powersave daemon. It provides

- a global configurable blacklist with programmes which prevent autosuspend

- localisations: bg, cs, da, de, el, es, fr, hu, it, ja, nb, nl, pa, pl, 
  pt_BR, pt, ru, sk, sl_SI, sv, tr, uk, zh_CN, zh_TW
- KPowersave support schemes with following configurable specific settings for:
* screensaver
* DPMS
* autosuspend
* scheme specific blacklist for autosuspend
* sound settings

(Note: latest upstream version is 0.5.0 but this version requires
dbus>=0.33 which is not yes in unstable)
