Hi there,

I'm orphaning php-clamav for two reasons:
1) It's been rather superseeded by php-clamavlib
2) Upstream seems to have gone a little dead

I'm not convinced that it should be in the archive, and so I'll request
it's removal in a week, unless anyone objects (hence this O:).
