Pymedia already contains ffmpeg. Unpack sources, then look in
video/libavcodec subdirectory, that's ffmpeg. Look in mpegvideo.c, it's
"The simplest mpeg encoder" and I think that mpeg encoder can't be
packaged. :-(

No, we do not, but pymedia alone is non dfsg-free.
