I made a unofficial package for the latest beta version.
What's done :
 * Initial packaging
 * Cut into 3 packages : kftpgrabber, libkftpinterfaces0, libkftpinterfaces0-dev
 * Clear all linitian/linda errors
 * Dummy manpage generated with help2man

Source package is available on my home server :
