Bug#291818: ITP: bbacpi -- Black box/fluxbox desktop tool to manage energy saving features

I'm planning to package bbacpi for Debian. Currently, it has a bug which 
prevents it from working on my laptop. As soon as this bug is fixed I will 
start packaging it for Debian.
