I'd suggest that "online comic strip reader" would be better English.
(And "comic strip" should be singular for the same reason we describe
e.g. pornview as an "image viewer" rather than an "images viewer".

Similar to the above, I suggest "reader for online comic strips".

comics" - though perhaps the second "comics" isn't even needed...

I'm guessing that "an" should be "and"? I'd also suggest something
like "visually pleasing" in place of "eye-candy" since that's usually
only used as a noun, not as an adjective.
