Bug#326813: preliminary doom-data package

I've created a preliminary version of `doom-data' which can be used to
install a doom2 IWAD file into a debian system, satisfying `doom-wad'.
It uses the alternatives system (to work in harmony with freedoom).

I'd very much appreciate feedback on the package. It does the bare
minimum right now, most of the work has been on the debian dependency
side of things. Future versions could make installing from the doom2
medium easier, for example, and currently no validation is done of the
IWAD supplied by a user.
