Bug#321758: maybe use connect-proxy

Thanks for the pointer. I've contacted connect-proxy packager
and suggested how he could get his *.deb sponsored fast. It's
a shame that it's now yet in Debian having submitted Apr.

And diversity is good. I may eventually package desproxy myself.
