It's a pity indeed. But I'm afraid only upstream is in the position to
fix it. Maybe the next PHP license will be DFSG-compliant. We can only
wait and hope, I'm afraid.

It'd be useful if you added the new URL of your repository to the ITP
bugs reports. You also might like to register your repository on
http://www.apt-get.org/ .
