Bug#323476: O: pxe -- A free PXE daemon

Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

Dr. Jens Schmalzing died on July 30th in a tragic accident. You can read
about this in Debian's official announcement at
http://www.debian.org/News/2005/20050809

I regret the loss of one of our fellow Debian Developers, which leaves,
amongst others, the pxe package orphaned.

If you want to be the new maintainer, please take it -- see
http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/index.html#howto-o for detailed
instructions how to adopt a package properly.

Description: A free PXE daemon
PXE is a specification to boot PCs from the net. Apart from BOOTP or
DHCP for acquiring an IP address and TFTP for transferring files, it
requires a PXE daemon on the server. This package provides only this
daemon. For the other protocols, it recommends alternatives that are
 known to work.
 .
If you need more information on this daemon or PXE in general, visit
 the upstream author's site <http://www.kano.org.uk/projects/pxe/>.
