  Description     : parse changelog files in standard Debian format

based on the parser from dpkg-dev but with support for parsing the
whole file with the possibilty to access the whole content afterwards.
It also has better error recovery.
Can convert the changelog to dpkg-parsechangelog output format and
to HTML (the latter very specifically developed for packages.d.o and
not yet really usable by others).

Early alpha state of development... It isn't even used in the MAIN
branch of packages.d.o yet. If someone wants to take a look
until I wrap to up into a real package, you can find the current
version in the packages.d.o CVS repository at
