As indicated in the bug report, upstream renamed the library to libmpcdec, and the version of the package I just uploaded reflects this; the waiting 'libmusepack' packages should not be approved. To quote the release announcement, "[The] library name is now set in stone, and interfaces are good. So I can safely say we won't break compatibility..."
