I would vote against an inclusion of this package into Debian. Apart from the sloppy C code it is written in it crashes often without any further message (e.g. when a service goes down). This makes this tool very unreliable for the tasks which it should fulfil. The idea is neat, and some could package it when it's more mature, but upstream seems quite dead.
