Description : Enhance dcraw functionallity for Canon cameras

This script is a wrapper for dcraw, specifically for Canon cameras.
Some Canon cameras (eg S50, 10D) contain tilt sensors and store
orientation (eg portrait, landscape) information in the EXIF data.
As well as the .CRW raw file a .THM file (actually jpeg format) is
created when using the canon in RAW mode. dcrawcanon uses EXIF
information from the .THM file to rotate the dcraw processed .CRW
file to to the correct orientation for displaying with your
favourite viewer. Syntax for dcrawcanon is exactly the same as dcraw.

The versions of dcraw since 6.00 support automatic rotation from
the raw data.
Since I was never happy with my implemenation, and it is pretty much
irrelevant with later dcraw versions, I shall not be releasing this
package.
